By using our powerful one on one and small group format, we guarantee athletes will learn the components of human performance necessary to achieve their full athletic potential. We teach each athlete how to be a champion in every sense of the word both on and off the field. "IADFIT" Training Tip

When it comes to lower body exercise, be sure to include single leg strength training.  Most movements on the field or court such as running, making a cut or jumping require the athlete to land and accelerate off of one foot.  It is important to remember to "train as you play."
