                                What Is The Athletic Development Program?

The Athletic Development Program is designed to physically and mentally prepare student athletes to maximize their athletic potential in their chosen sport while instilling strong character and value based living.

We emphasize three components that lead to peak performance and success both on and off the field.

Physical Development: We focus on helping each athlete increase their strength, explosiveness, speed, agility, change of direction, acceleration, balance, coordination, reaction time and nutritional support.

Mental Development: We create a complete plan to include goal setting, action plan, visualization, increased confidence and self-esteem, overcome fears and competition preparation.

Character/Values Development: We help each athlete learn the importance of honesty, integrity, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, teamwork, leadership by example at school, on the team and in the community
